For years, the JPaks handlebar lineup relied on a very specific foam block that was manufactured here locally, in Denver. While a local manufacturing relationship is key to business success, the cost and availability of the foam became exorbitant.

Enter: the world of 3D printing!

Now made in-house of durable, yet flexible 3D printed TPU material.

The shape and profile have been optimized for performance but the overall size has remained close enough to make the HBar Spacer backwards compatible for older JPaks HBarPaks/Supreme Barritos/ and Refugi harnesses!
